Introduction

  • The website www.mmorpgworld.co is an online marketplace where gamers can buy, gaming currency for popular MMORPGs. The website www.mmorpgworld.co does not own or sell any of the items which are listed on this site itself. The actual contract for sale which occurs is through the buyers and other sellers, with www.mmorpgworld.co acting as the facilitator for the buying and selling of in-game currency.
  • This website is owned and operated by Aminar Solutions FZ-LLC, SBAM0377 with company address at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
  • While www.mmorpgworld.co will always help to ensure a safe and secure transaction between buyers and sellers, it cannot guarantee and has no control over the existence, quality, or safety of any of the items which are sold or of the sellers’ ability to sell these items. While we cannot guarantee it is our responsibility to ensure that the in-game currency you purchased is delivered. If we do not fulfil this service, we will issue you with a full refund.

  • The website www.mmorpgworld.co acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers of MMORPG Gold where users are solely responsible for all of the terms and conditions of the transactions which have been conducted on, through or as a result of the site.
  • All users acknowledge that they accept the risks when using this website for transactions and that www.mmorpgworld.co cannot be held responsible for any issues where their gaming accounts.
  • Items can be purchased using credit/debit card that is Visa or Mastercard issued.
  • All users acknowledge that www.mmorpgworld.co shall not be liable or responsible for any damages, liabilities, costs, harms, inconveniences, business disruptions of any kind which may arise in connection with any of these transactions.

Fees

  • The fees for buying in-game currencies on www.mmorpgworld.co are listed next to each product package on our site.
  • Users can pay for products through the website www.mmorpgworld.co where their payment information will be kept confidential at all times. For more information please see our privacy policy.
  • All payments conducted through out site will be carried out by our third-party service provider who are PCI DSS certified. Your payment details will not be stored by us ever.
  • Once your payment has been completed you will see MRWAM, UAE on your bank statement.

Delivery 

  • Unless otherwise specified all deliveries shall be made in-game.
  • When a customer has completed their purchase then they shall be sent an email with the directions and instructions for delivery.
  • The delivery will either be completed by in-game mail, or an in-game meet up. Where our sellers will meet with you in a certain location to deliver the goods.
  • We aim to deliver the good within 48 hours but work effortlessly to have this to you immediately. Should you not receive these withing 48 hours please contact us so we can resolve this.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, we allow you to cancel if you contact us immediately. It’s very difficult to cancel an order if you wait longer than 4 hours as we work quickly to have this delivered to your in-game account.
  • You can request a refund if you request to cancel within 4 hours of placing an order.
  • Should the in-game currency be delivered to your account, refunds will not be issued unless you face one of the following:
  • The currency delivered was the incorrect amount.
  • The delivered good is incorrect or faulty.
